"Felt safe the whole time I was there"
I stayed at Z Hotels for a quick weekend trip, i felt safe the whole time, which was a big thing for me.
The front desk seemed to actually check people coming in, the key card worked for both the lift and my room, and the entrance didn’t feel like just anyone could wander inside. My room locked properly too, and even coming back at night, the area felt okay.
It wasn’t anything overly fancy, but I felt secure, comfortable, and relaxed, and that was exactly what I needed. I’d stay there again, for sure.

"Really enjoyed my meal here"
I stopped in for breakfast and everything tasted fresh (always a good sign). The staff was friendly and kept the coffee coming, which I definitely appreciated. I also grabbed a drink at the bar later, and it was simple, no fuss, and actually really good. I’d be happy to eat here again...

"Booking Was Easy, But Check-In Felt a Bit Stressful"
I booked through Z Hotels and the site was easy to use. I got the confirmation email fast, and the price was exactly what I expected, so that part was totally fine. The only issue was when I got to the hotel, check-in took longer than I was hoping. The staff were nice, but they seemed a little unsure about my booking at first, which made me feel a bit pressured just standing there waiting while everything got figured out. It was sorted after about 15 minutes, so not a huge problem, just not the smoothest start.

"Surprisingly clean for a quick stay"
I only stayed one night, so I wasn’t expecting much, and I usually notice the bad stuff first. But the room was actually spotless. The bathroom felt fresh too, which is usually where things can get gross fast. No weird smells, no dust, nothing that made me want to complain. Solid overall.

"AC worked really good"
Room stayed cool all night and the air con was quiet too. I didn’t have a issue with it at all, slept comfortable the whole night.

"Room was really well taken care of"
The room was kept really clean, and when there was a small maintenance issue, they fixed it quickly. I did feel a little pressured at one point when I had to bring it up, like I needed to explain it fast, but overall the stay was smooth and the room stayed in great shape.

"Good value for a quick city break"
I booked through thezhotels.com for a short city break, and the price was better than about most other sites I looked at. It wasn’t anything fancy, but the room looked like the photos and the confirmation email came through quickly. For the money, I was happy with it. The location was decent, and I didn’t feel like I’d overpaid, which was basically what I cared about. The only downside was that the filters on the site could be a bit clearer, since I had to double-check around a few details. Still, good value overall and I’d use it again

"Really liked the room lighting"
I booked through thezhotels.com, the room turned out better than I was expecting. It had a really comfortable feel as soon as I walked in.
The lighting was probably my favorite part of the stay. It wasn’t too harsh or too dim, and the little lamp by the bed was perfect for reading at night without bothering my partner.
The bathroom lighting was also really helpful when I was getting ready. It’s a small detail, but it made the whole stay feel easier and more comfortable. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Clear prices, no strange extra fees"
I booked on Z Hotels and the payment part was clear. It showed me the full total before I paid, taxes included, so I wasn’t sitting there worried some random hidden fee gonna pop up at the end.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because the checkout page could be little more simple, I had to look it over twice before paying. But overall it was good, and the final price was what I expected

"Surprisingly Comfortable for a City Hotel"
I stayed at the Z Hotels and was surprised by the room size. I expected it to be really tiny, but there was enough space for my bag, I could move around easily, and I didn’t feel boxed in. The bed area was comfy too. For a city hotel, it was a solid stay. Any worry about it feeling too cramped was totally avoidable. I’d stay again.

"Easy, Relaxed Stay Thanks to the Staff"
What stood out most during our stay was how nice and helpful the staff were. Anytime we needed something, they made it simple, which really helped the whole trip feel easy and relaxed. It’s the kind of thing you appreciate more once you’re actually there.

"Finally, a Bathroom That Felt Private"
I stayed here with my partner, i was relieved that the bathroom was actually private. I’m protective of my personal space, so I really don’t love those awkward glass bathroom setups some places have. The door closed properly, and I felt totally comfortable using it without feeling exposed. It’s a small detail, but for me, it makes a big difference...

"Super convenient spot!"
I stayed with Z Hotels mostly because the location seemed really easy, it was 🙂 It was close to public transport, shops, and a few places to grab food, so getting around was stress-free. The room was fine and the staff were okay too, nothing overly fancy, but it did the job. I’d give it 4 stars because the location made my trip a lot easier, though there was a bit of noise outside at night.

"Comfortable stay with a nice little gym"
I had a good stay here overall. The gym was a nice bonus for me, especially since I like being able to get in a quick workout while traveling. The bed was really comfortable, which made a big difference, and the breakfast was better than I expected. Nothing overly fancy, but it fit what I needed and made the stay feel easy and pleasant.
